GoalX is a "personalised journey all in a single application," providing clients over the age of 18 with a fresh digital experience.

Customers can use biometric authentication to log in and use the HKJC eWallet service. Meanwhile, the simplified betting user interface immediately displays the availability of all up combinations as well as predicted rewards.

The app, which is only available in Hong Kong, includes free live-streaming of selected matches as well as an animated livecast that displays lineups, statistics, commentary, scores, and goal notifications in real time.

The app also includes head-to-head records, recent form, and live odds, and the personalised trip feature allows clients to pick a favourite team and favourite matches.

"GoalX is the newest addition to our suite of customer digital experience platforms," said Richard Cheung, Executive Director, consumer and International Business Development at HKJC.

"It aims to address unmet customer needs in the current classic 3-in-1 app in terms of rich and live football information, easier to make transactions as well as biometric login, eWallet and funds transfer in one application."
